Wild Greens Supreme is packaged in a jar containing 90 grams of a proprietary, freeze dried blend of Dandelion greens (Taraxacum officinale), Chickweed (Stellaria media), Siberian Miner's Lettuce (Claytonia sibrica), Couch glass (Agropyron repens), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) without fillers, binders, or excipients. The amount per capsule may vary slightly from batch to batch due to growing, harvesting, and drying conditions. The amount listed on the bottle is always accurate and we try to update listings each time there is a change, but, on occasion, there is a slight lag between what is on the listing vs. what the bottle says. Suggested Use: 2 level scoops (teaspoons) mixed in 4 oz. of water or juice taken with a meal once daily or added to a smoothie.
