Sunfiber promotes the absorption of essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium in the body.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are prebiotic plant fibers that encourage the growth of probiotics.

Delayed-release capsules are designed to dissolve later, only after they bypass your stomach.

If it weren’t for this feature, the acid in your stomach would dissolve the capsule before they reach the small intestine, where the probiotics do all the work.

The 50B probiotics will arrive in your intestines alive, so they can be fully absorbed in your gut.

Will I experience side effects?

It’s quite a common side effect to get gas or bloating in the first few days after you start taking probiotics. However, it’s nothing to worry about and usually passes in a few days. It happens because your gut microbiome is rebalancing itself.

What’s the recommended dosage?

For daily maintenance, take 1 capsule (50 billion active microflora). For critical maintenance, take 2 capsules (100 billion active microflora).

I am on antibiotics, should I take probiotics?

Yes, you can take probiotics with antibiotics, studies seem to suggest it’s favorable to do so. However, we recommend taking your probiotics and antibiotics at least 2 hours apart to reduce the possibility of the antibiotic destroying the probiotics.

Are these soil-based probiotics?

No, we use human strain probiotics sourced from DuPont Danisco and Lallemand. Human strains are strains that are permanently reproducing in our guts.

Do you need to put these in the fridge?

We use strains that can endure heat, and with our advanced packaging technology, refrigeration isn't necessary. Just store the bottle in a cool, dry place. They are designed to remain effective for up to two years when stored at room temperature.
